Remote Sales Executive

to join our team. If you're target-driven, social media-savvy, and passionate about beauty and aesthetics, we want to hear from you!

Job Overview

This is more than just a sales role. You'll be the bridge between a lead and a life-changing career, guiding students through the full journey from first enquiry to course enrolment. You'll also actively find new ways to generate leads, including using

TikTok and Instagram

as prospecting tools.

Evening and weekend availability is essential

Key Responsibilities

Respond to

warm & hot leads

via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media Follow up with prospects to build trust and

close sales

Actively

poach & convert cold leads

, previous students or dormant enquiries Use

Instagram & TikTok

to

generate new lead opportunities

through engagement, DMs, and content ideas Confidently

upsell

courses and add-ons where appropriate Create and send

email campaigns

to re-engage leads and promote offers Track and manage leads using our

CRM

sofrware Schedule students onto courses and manage follow-ups Work closely with the marketing team to align on offers, content, and lead strategy Find new, creative ways to

drive revenue and grow enrolments

Consistently hit and exceed

monthly sales targets

Requirements

Proven experience in

sales

(beauty, aesthetics, or training sector preferred) Highly confident communicator -- especially over phone, WhatsApp, and email Skilled in using

CRM tools

and sending

email campaigns

Extremely

organised

, with strong admin and follow-up skills Confident scheduling courses and managing student bookings Comfortable working independently and remotely

Social media savvy

Instagram & TikTok

Creative in finding ways to reach new leads and nurture prospects Passionate about the

hair, beauty & aesthetics industry

Money-motivated

Compensation

800/month retainer

(self-employed)

Uncapped commission structure:

Course value 199-499 = 20 Course value 500-1,499 = 50 Course value 1,500-2,999 = 100 Course value 3,000+ = 200+

On-Target Earnings (OTE): 2,000-4,000+ per month
