Groobarbs Wild Farm is a thriving, ethical food business that began as a small veg box scheme over 12 years ago. Today, we deliver fresh, locally grown fruit, veg, and artisan goods to homes across Cheshire and beyond through our popular subscription service, Groobox.

We believe in better food, local farming, and keeping money in the local economy.

The Role

We're looking for motivated, self-employed Sales Executives to join our team and help grow the Groobox customer base.

You'll be introducing people to a product they can feel good about -- healthy, sustainable food from a trusted local farm. You'll work face-to-face in the field, covering door-to-door, in-store, and local event sales (artisan markets, garden centres, gyms, etc.).

This is warm territory, already covered by our delivery vans -- with over half a million potential households still to reach.

What You'll Do

Generate new customers through face-to-face sales Work door-to-door, at events, and in public venues Manage your own schedule (sales hours available 9am-9pm) Use iPad-based CRM (approx. 20 min per sign-up) Invoice on Monday, get paid Tuesday (fortnightly) Join regular team meet-ups, training, and events

What You'll Get

What We're Looking For

Proven sales experience (door-to-door, B2B, event, or direct sales) Self-employed and self-motivated Access to a car, phone, and iPad/tablet Comfortable having 50-60 conversations a day and converting 5-6 sales Resilient, personable, and confident in field sales Able to work weekends occasionally (for events and markets)
