As we expand, we are looking for a highly driven and passionate Sales Executive to join our team and support the Sales and Marketing Manager across our Southampton, Winchester, and Guildford properties.

Your Role



As a Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for students looking to make Unilife their home. You will manage inbound enquiries through our CRM, handling channels such as WhatsApp, phone, and email, as well as supporting global partners via platforms like WeChat.

Your goal will be simple yet powerful: respond with speed, enthusiasm, and precision to ensure every lead is converted into a happy Unilife resident.

Your Responsibilities



Engage with all inbound leads, responding within two hours during business hours. Build and nurture relationships with students, parents, and global partners. Represent Unilife confidently at housing fairs, open days, and events. Conduct property viewings, asking the right questions to ensure strong conversion rates Analyse sales data and contribute to weekly performance reports. Share creative ideas and fresh perspectives to help Unilife grow and thrive.

About You



We are looking for someone who is as ambitious and people focused as we are. To succeed, you will need:

A passion for sales, hospitality, and customer service, with 2+ years' sales experience. Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication channels. Strong analytical skills with the ability to report accurately on performance. Excellent communication and networking skills. A full UK driving licence, enabling travel between properties.

Your Salary



Salary: 28,500 per year. Bonus: 10% performance based paid annually.

Our Expectations



Full time: Monday to Friday (08:30-17:00). Due to open days, housing fayres and events, you may be expected to work outside your working hours.
