About the role

As a Pitman Training

Sales Executive

, you will be primarily responsible for:

Sales Process:

Follow up with prospective clients to close sales using a structured sales process.

Engage with Enquiries:

Handle incoming enquiries from multiple lead generation sources.

Course Advisement:

Provide individuals and corporate teams with suitable courses, awards, and diplomas tailored to their needs.

Consultations:

Conduct face-to-face and virtual consultations with prospective students and corporate clients.

Keyholding Responsibilities:

Open and close the training centre, supporting day-to-day business operations where needed.

Relationship Management:

Maintain and nurture strong relationships with B2B and B2C clients.

Networking:

Confidently network both locally and virtually to generate potential business.

Target Achievement:

Work towards and achieve monthly sales targets

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with the training team to hand over clients and encourage referrals and upsells.

Data Management:

Update and maintain sales forecast spreadsheets.
Undertaking any other duties reasonably requested to deliver the companies' objectives.

Confident in conducting both face-to-face and virtual consultations.

Proactive in sourcing and developing local opportunities.

Experience in Word and Excel.

Communication:

Excellent people and relationship-building skills with a strong grasp of written and spoken Business English.

Professionalism:

Maintains a professional appearance and a calm, compassionate nature.

Performance Under Pressure:

Ability to work well under pressure and exceed expectations.

Qualifications

3 years of experience working in sales is mandatory. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong English language skills. Experience with CRM software (1 year). Experience in a teaching or training environment.

Hours of Work

37.5 hours per week on a shift pattern. Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Two late Thursdays until 8:00 pm and two Saturdays (9:30 am--4:00 pm) per month are required on a rota basis. When a Saturday is worked, an additional day off during the week is provided.
This is a full-time, on-location position (Manchester).

SALARY & BENEFITS



Starting Salary:

25,400.

Uncapped Commission:

expected 6k -10k per annum
