Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and promote our products/services.
Utilise Salesforce software to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
Communicate effectively in English
Present product demonstrations and negotiate contracts to close sales.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
Experience
Proven experience in a telesales sales role, preferably within a automotive industry.
Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and lead generation strategies.
Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing sales processes.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
A strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
