We're working with a fast-growing client who are looking to hire an entry-level Sales Growth Representatives to join their commercial team. No prior sales experience is required -- just confidence, curiosity, and the drive to succeed.
This is a hands-on, outbound-focused role where you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities through cold outreach and pipeline development. Full training and ongoing coaching will be provided to help you succeed and grow.
What You'll Be Doing: Prospecting and reaching out to potential business clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Building and managing a pipeline of qualified leads
Running initial discovery calls to understand client needs
Booking and conducting product demos with decision-makers
Collaborating with senior sales colleagues to close deals
Tracking activity and performance in a CRM system
