The Role: Sales Lead
You'll own the entire buyer experience while working directly with our CEO to manage the biggest developers in the country. This includes:
Core Responsibilities:
Manage the complete buyer journey for 4WALLS--phone interactions, viewings, and onward chain
Work with top-tier, stock exchange-listed developer clients
Conduct viewings across London's premier developments
Shape our technology platform and buyer processes as we grow
Sign off on UX/UI designs and identify sales process improvements
Be the face of the company with major industry players
Business Development:
Open doors with major developers and secure key meetings
Connect with decision-makers at leading development companies
Create momentum wherever needed--chasing opportunities, negotiating deals, driving growth
This isn't a role with neat boundaries.

Experience Requirements:
New home sales OR tech sales background
CRM experience
Either exceptional storytelling ability OR process-building expertise (ideally both)
AI proficiency to boost your productivity
Willingness to work Saturdays short-term
Ambition to manage a team as we scale
