We are seeking a dedicated Sales Leger Assistant to join our team on a permanent basis for our offices based near Westerham Kent

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organisation adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal policies. This position involves conducting internal audits, managing compliance programmes, and preparing regulatory reports to ensure the integrity and compliance of our operations within the Healthcare sector.

Working Hours

Monday - Friday 8.30am - 6pm

Responsibilities

:

Sales Ledger

Issue sales invoices Import sales data into Sage and to the factoring company system

Accounts

Perform bank reconciliations Complete balance sheet reconciliations Update and maintain procedural documentation

Credit Control

Provide cover during staff absences Carry out administrative tasks as required

Cashier Duties

Enter all cash receipts into Sage and allocate according to remittance advice Reconcile Sage records with the factoring company ledger File all remittance documents appropriately Report discrepancies and receipts to the Credit Control team

Essential Skills

Strong reconciliation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with Sage Line 50 Good communication skills

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
