Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to join our team at Your Move. We have a position available for a Sales Administrator within our local Dalkeith Branch. You will be responsible for handling front end business and interaction between all clients, whether they are buying or selling property. If you are interested in a career within Estate Agency, have excellent customer service, effective communication skills and work well in a team we would love to hear from you!

Job Overview:

Answer incoming inquires from prospective sellers or buyers.

Organising and arranging appointments - valuations, viewings etc.

Conducting Viewings at property

Stock Management

Offer and Sale Negotiations

Cross - selling services and products

Experience & Skills

Customer Service

Sales experience

Drivers License

Estate Agency experience is favourable but not essential (full training will be given)

You will be offered OTE earnings of between 30,000 & 35,000 per annum. Saturdays will be part of your 5 day working week, on a rotational basis. There are numerous employee benefits which include a company pension scheme.
