Residential Sales & Lettings Manager - Warwick

Salary: 27,000 - 35,000 + commission + bonus

Full-time | Car allowance + benefits

RME Consultants are pleased to be working with a well-established, independent property firm based in the Midlands to recruit a Residential Sales & Lettings Manager to join their Warwick office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone experienced in residential property sales and lettings who is ready to take a leadership role. You'll be responsible for winning instructions, driving sales and lettings performance, managing the property pipeline, and overseeing a small team. The role offers a clear progression path, with the chance to shape and grow the department across multiple locations.

What you'll be doing:

Managing residential sales and lettings instructions from start to finish Working closely with sellers, buyers, landlords, solicitors, and internal teams Leading marketing efforts and ensuring listings are presented effectively Overseeing the day-to-day lettings and managed portfolio Keeping CRM and internal systems up to date Supporting and mentoring other team members Contributing to the business growth strategy and departmental goals

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in estate agency (sales and/or lettings) Excellent communication and client relationship skills Organised, proactive and confident in managing a busy portfolio MNAEA or MARLA (or working towards) Strong local knowledge of Warwickshire (ideal, not essential) Driving licence (essential)

What's on offer:
