Your Key Responsibilities:




Sales & Lettings Coordination




Match buyers and tenants with suitable properties. Conduct engaging and professional property viewings. Manage the full property journey--handling listings, negotiations, and contracts from start to finish. Support landlords and vendors with advice on marketing strategy, property presentation, and pricing.

Client Relationship Management




Register buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. Build and maintain strong relationships by delivering expert guidance throughout the sales or lettings process. Handle queries efficiently and professionally to ensure client satisfaction.

Negotiation & Deal Closure




Negotiate offers on sales and rental properties, securing the best outcomes for all parties. Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and third parties to progress transactions smoothly.

Marketing & Lead Generation




Write compelling online listings and assist with social media and portal promotion. Generate new instructions and build a pipeline through prospecting, canvassing, and networking. Maximise exposure for each property to drive interest and conversions.

Administration & Compliance




Ensure accurate record keeping using CRM and property management software (e.g. Reapit, Jupix, Dezrez). Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation (e.g. AML, Right to Rent, EPC, Gas Safety). Draft tenancy agreements and sales documents, ensuring legal compliance.

What We're Looking For:




Experience in

sales, lettings

,

estate agency

, or a

customer-facing

role (preferred, not essential). A confident communicator with strong

negotiation

and

interpersonal

skills. Results-driven, proactive, and resilient under pressure. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM or property software. A

full UK driving licence

(desirable).
