We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our vibrant team. This role is pivotal in facilitating sale properties, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong organisational ability, and a passion for the property market.

Responsibilities:

Conduct property viewings for potential clients Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences Keep up-to-date with market trends, property values and legislations Business generation (Source new properties) Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, ensuring all parties are satisfied. Continually personal development (Keep up to date with all regulations) Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to sales transactions. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and lettings targets and enhance overall performance

Job requirement:

Experience in Sales and Lettings Knowledge of the property market and industry regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in administrative tasks Self-motivated and target driven A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all dealings Driving License (Must own a car)
