to cover theCoventry and surrounding area
on aremote, flexible

and the freedom to manage your own diary.Key Responsibilities:
Arrange and carry out property viewings
, providing feedback to the homeowner. Build strong relationships withvendors, landlords, buyers, and tenants
, delivering excellent customer service throughout. Negotiatesales and rental offers
to achieve the best outcomes for all parties. Keep up to date with the local property market and advise clients accordingly. Handle all necessaryadministrative tasks and compliance
associated with both sales and lettings.The Ideal Candidate:
Experience in
sales, lettings, or both
within the property sector. Strong communication andnegotiation skills
. Self-motivated with the ability to workindependently
. Great time management and organisational abilities. Familiarity with theCoventry and surrounding property market
is a plus. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential (mileage paid)Job Benefits:
