Job Description

Basic Salary:

23,000 (plus guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months)

Realistic OTE:

45,000 - 50,000

Car Allowance:

2,500 or company car

Work Pattern:

5 days per week, including some Saturdays (2 on / 1 off)

The Role

Provide expert advice to help customers achieve the best possible sale price List and market properties to deliver top results for vendors Build your profile as a trusted local property expert Generate new leads and business opportunities Work closely with your team to match buyers to the right homes Support branch performance and profitability Motivate and assist your team, stepping up to lead morning meetings when needed
About You

Proven track record converting valuations into listings Ambitious, self-motivated, and target-driven Strong relationship-building and communication skills Passionate about property and delivering outstanding customer service Professional, reliable, and aligned with values of honesty and respect

Full UK driving licence required
