Sales & Logistics Coordinator

What You'll Do:

As a key link between our sales, production, and customer teams, you will:

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently Arrange transport and delivery of goods to meet customer timelines Generate and manage invoices and shipping documentation Liaise with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics Monitor order status and resolve any delivery issues Maintain up-to-date records in our systems and support process improvements

What You Bring:

Experience in order processing, logistics coordination, or a similar role Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Clear communication skills, both written and verbal Confidence with digital systems and invoicing tools (experience with ERP systems is a plus) A proactive, can-do attitude with a customer-first approach
