We're now looking for afull time
Logistics Coordinator
to join our UK office. This is a hands-on, fast-moving role that supports both day-to-day logistics and some customer sales.
What you'll be doing:
Preparing shipping documentation and liaising with customers regarding shipping information and destinations.
Obtaining quotes and coordinating shipments with freight forwarders via email and phone.
In some cases, handling customer enquiries and preparing quotations.
Supporting the sales team with order processing where required.
Eventually, assisting customers with technical queries across our product range, including pigs and pig tracking equipment (once you are fully familiar with our product line).
What we're looking for:
Experience in a logistics/admin or sales support role (engineering sector preferred but not essential).
Great communication skills and solid attention to detail.
Confident with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Eagerness to learn--our products are technical, but we'll support your training.
Excellent time management skills, with the confidence and ability to prioritise your tasks to meet customer deadlines
