Teads is seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Manager

to join our growing

Agency division

. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of media agencies, driving the adoption of our full-funnel advertising solutions with some of the biggest brands in the world.

Key Responsibilities




Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, becoming a trusted partner. Maintain a regular presence with clients through meetings, presentations, and events. Identify and develop new business opportunities. Provide strategic consultancy and deliver high-quality client service. Recommend tailored media solutions that align with client objectives. Collaborate closely with internal teams (Insights, Creative Studio, Account Management, Platform, etc.) to deliver optimal results. Negotiate and establish long-term joint business partnerships. Meet and exceed sales targets.

Your Experience & Skills




Minimum

4 years of experience

in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in digital media or advertising. Strong knowledge of the

media and advertising ecosystem

, with a passion for industry trends and innovation. Experience in

online video solutions

is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, dynamic, and solutions-oriented mindset. Ability to adapt, collaborate, and provide exceptional customer service. Ambitious and driven, with a desire to excel in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
