To be successful in this role you will have;
A proven
track record in automotive sales
either as a Sales Manager or a Senior Sales Executive.
Good
business and commercial understanding.

Exceptional

, and interpersonal skills.
Experience working as part of a team in a target driven environment, supporting both shared and personal objectives.
Your duties will include;
Enhancing the sales
and profitability of new and used vehicles and related products.
Effectively
recruit, train, motivate and support other members
of the sales team to reach expected targets, which you will track and
report to senior management.
Deliver exceptional, personalised
customer service.
Maintain
product knowledge
of cars and ad ons.
Advise on finance
, insurance and product accessories.
Work to set KPIs and
targets.
EMG Business Managers work flexible schedules, including weekends and bank holidays (on a rota basis), to provide our customers with the highest levels of service.
