What We're Looking For

We're searching for an

energetic, ambitious, and experienced Sales Manager

with a strong background in a franchised dealership environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leadership, a head for numbers, and a commitment to excellence.

You'll be responsible for:

Achieving departmental sales targets and driving profitability Managing budgets, manufacturer performance metrics, and stakeholder expectations Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing sales team Ensuring full compliance with manufacturer standards and FCA guidelines Championing an exceptional customer experience, every time

Package & Benefits

Basic Salary:

40,000 per annum

Realistic OTE:

60,000-65,000 per annum
