Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager Health Conferences
Salary - Up to 370,000 Base + Commission + Benefits
Central London Office - Hybrid Working, 3 days in office + Travel
A leading international b2b events business is looking for an ambitious and commercially sharp Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager to join its high-performing Health Conference team.
The Opportunity:
With sustained growth across the business, this role will suit an experienced sponsorship sales professional ready to step into a high-impact position. Youll be responsible for a healthy mix of new business development and key account management, with a strong emphasis on nurturing and growing long-standing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on selling bespoke sponsorship packages across an industry-leading health event
• Develop new revenue streams by identifying, engaging, and converting new prospects
• Deepen relationships with existing key accounts and drive upsell opportunities
• Collaborate with colleagues in production, marketing, and content teams to align sales strategy with market needs
• Represent the business at events and industry gatherings, both in the UK and internationally

Your experience

• 3+ years of proven success in b2b event sponsorship sales it is essential for this role that you have direct experience in B2B conference sponsorship sales.
• A consultative sales approach and confidence in managing complex, high-value deals
• Strong commercial instincts and the ability to spot and act on growth opportunities
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build trust quickly
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a natural ability to influence and negotiate
• A positive and collaborative attitude - you enjoy contributing to team success, supporting and learning from others
