Duties

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance market presence. Supervise daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Provide training and support to team members to improve their performance and skills. Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports for upper management. Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance. Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and customers. Manage administrative tasks related to sales operations, including inventory management and scheduling. Ensure compliance with company standards while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a retail setting. Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and supervision. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse customer base. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Ability to motivate and inspire team members towards achieving common goals.
