Looking for someone who's switched on, can prepare and run Tombolas etc. Budget for freebies and general FB group mod too!

WE'RE HIRING - SALES EXECUTIVE/ GROUP MODERATOR

Location: Must be local to Norwich

Contract: 6-month initial contract (extension based on performance)

Afternoon/Evening hours 4-9pm

We're looking for an energetic, confident person to join the team as a Sales & Group Moderator.
Ideally, you already know our competitions from a customer's perspective - instant wins, end draws, auto draws, site credit, payouts, etc.

You'll be coming up with new ideas, running freebies, prepping and running interactive live draws!

(Taking some of the work load off me)

Assisting across our Facebook groups and pages, answering questions, approving posts, and keeping the community running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

? Running freebies and managing prizes while keeping logs on excel

? Answering customer questions about orders, wins and how our website works

? Moderating FB group + Page activity and helping keep the tone friendly and professional

? Pushing sales using personal touch, real-world events, and genuine rapport

? Finding selling angles based on our current competitions and odds

?? Qualities We're Looking For

? Professional, friendly tone

? Confident on camera (occasional live or video work)

? Excellent customer service skills

? Strong written and spoken English with good grammar

? Sales experience and comfort under high volume pressure

? Understanding of our business and customer mindset

? Email marketing experience is a bonus

Pay: From 16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week

We need a confident speaker in front of the camera, is this you? We will need you to come into the office a few days a week to help set things up, post prizes, create freebie competitions, engage with staff to be seen on social media posts and help out etc. you must be able to commute to Norwich for this If you have experience in email marketing this would be amazing! This can always be trained if not!
Experience:

Sales or customer facing role: 1 year (preferred)
