About the Role:

Axium Global Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced

Sales Manager

to lead business development and account management efforts across the U.K. A key player in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry, Axium Global partners with top engineering and architectural firms to deliver design, BIM, and CAD solutions.

This is a high-impact, hybrid (regular office attendance in Worcestershire expected) position with nationwide responsibilities, ideal for a proactive professional with a strong background in business development and sales within the AEC industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow key U.K. and European based AEC accounts. Ensure customer satisfaction, quality delivery, and achievement of revenue targets. Foster relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders. Support and execute lead generation strategies. Collaborate with marketing to tailor campaigns for the U.K. market. Guide operational setup and onboarding of new accounts.

Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in business account management, preferably in MEP or building engineering services (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, etc.). 2-3 years of experience within the AEC industry. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Ability to work independently and travel extensively across the U.K. Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and drive new business.

Other Requirements:

Strong professional ethics and business acumen. Flexibility to work outside standard U.K. time zones if needed. Excellent organizational and communication skills. U.K. citizenship and passport for international travel. Full driving license and use of a vehicle

Work Environment:

This is an

hybrid
