Axium Global Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced
Sales Manager
to lead business development and account management effort across the U.S.A. AEC Market. The role is for a UK based Sales Manager who will work exclusively on USA accounts and therefore must be able to mirror USA time zones for most days of work (this will typically be GMT 11am-7pm although there is some flexibility on these times). A key player in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry, Axium Global partners with top engineering and architectural firms to deliver design, BIM, and CAD solutions.
This is a high-impact, hybrid position (some travel to the Axium offices in Worcestershire expected) is for USA wide responsibilities, ideal for a proactive professional with a strong background in business development and sales within the AEC industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow key US based AEC accounts.
Ensure customer satisfaction, quality delivery, and achievement of revenue targets.
Foster relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders.
Support and execute lead generation strategies.
Collaborate with marketing to tailor campaigns for the US market.
Guide operational setup and onboarding of new accounts.

Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in business account management, preferably in MEP or building engineering services (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, etc.).
2-3 years of experience within the AEC industry.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
Ability to work independently and travel extensively across the U.S. (if needed)
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and drive new business.

Flexibility to work outside standard U.K. time zones if needed.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
U.K. citizenship and international passport
Ability to work flexible hours to suit USA time zones
Full driving license and use of a vehicle
Work Environment:

USA travel as well as office attendance in Worcestershire as needed/requested.
