0.0 Associates LTD is looking for a self-motivated and results-driven entry-level Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in the development and implementation of strategic sales plans. The ideal candidate will drive customer loyalty, forge strong relationships with clients, track new markets and emerging trends, and recommend new products and services. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing a sales team.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Develop and execute innovative sales strategies. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.

The entry-level Sales Manager should also have excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. A strong grasp of product placement and market dynamics along with stellar interpersonal skills will set the right individual apart.

Qualifications

No experience needed - all training is given! Proven work experience in sales, client relations, or a similar role is an advantage, but not necessary as extensive job training will be provided. Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. A ability to meet or exceed performance standards. An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics. Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills. Strong decision-making abilities.
