EurosealUK T.S Ltd is a leading supplier of dock shelters, vehicle restraints, and loading bay solutions across the UK. As part of the wider Esidock Group, which recently expanded through the acquisition of Nani.de, we are actively growing our product portfolio and customer base. We specialise in providing tailored loading bay solutions, combining German engineering with local expertise to deliver performance, reliability, and innovation.
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead customer growth and account development across the UK. This is a pivotal role suited to a commercially driven professional with strong industry knowledge, a proactive approach to business development, and excellent relationship management skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for growing EurosealUK's presence with both existing and new customers - especially maintenance managers, facilities teams, and large industrial site operators. A strong understanding of dock equipment and service solutions is essential, as well as the ability to identify opportunities arising from our expanding product range following the acquisition of Nani.de.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow key accounts across logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, and retail sectors.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly with large industrial and commercial sites.
Promote EurosealUK's extended product range, including innovations introduced through Nani.de.
Build strong relationships with maintenance and facilities managers, OEMs, and service providers.
Represent EurosealUK at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
Collaborate with internal technical, operations, and aftersales teams to deliver seamless service.
Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare monthly reports on sales performance and pipeline development.
Candidate Profile
Essential:
Resides within 50 miles of Gloucester.
Proven experience in key account management and B2B sales, ideally within the loading bay or industrial equipment sectors.
Solid network of industry contacts and knowledge of UK docking and loading systems.
Strong communicator--confident engaging with maintenance managers, engineers, and procurement teams.
Self-starter with a proactive, "hunter" mindset and strong negotiation skills.
Understanding of technical sales cycles and solution-based selling.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
Desirable:
Previous experience with product launches or integration following business acquisitions.
