Role Overview

JAAQ is seeking a results-driven brand content sales professional to join our growing team as we launch JAAQ Studio, a new proposition for brands to engage in mental health and wellbeing. This role focuses on selling branded and sponsored content solutions to agencies, brands, and partners who share the JAAQ mission to improve the mental health of 1billion people to which their customers and audiences belong.


This role needs a strong sales professional with a proven track record in media, publishing, and digital advertising--someone who understands the impact of branded content marketing and has successfully sold these solutions over multiple years. A strong network of agency and client contacts is essential, as your existing relationships will be key to securing early content partnerships as JAAQ Studio grows its reputation.


You will love networking and events to mix with the most powerful decision makers in advertising. You will understand the dynamics of this market niche and be experienced in all stages of the sales process for deals of 100k potentially to 1m+. The challenge is to grow this new JAAQ proposition which complements our current brand partnerships with Bupa, Adidas, BWT Alpine and more.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and brand partners. Develop and implement a scalable content strategy that supports growth across DTC, B2B, and strategic health partnerships. Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and pitching to closing and reporting. New business, hunter mentality with an appetite for winning new-logos Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Sector Expertise

Sell content-driven marketing solutions, including native advertising, sponsored content, custom editorial, branded video, podcasts, and social amplification. Identify client needs and craft tailored content packages that deliver measurable ROI. Collaborate closely with editorial, production, and marketing teams to develop proposals and creative concepts. Stay informed of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in media sales, digital advertising, including the sale of content marketing and / or sponsorship. Strong relationships in place with partnership teams in agencies and marketing decision makers on client side Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of branded content, storytelling, and content marketing strategies. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital media metrics. Able to create deals and handover efficiently to our Commercial Content Activation team to make happen in real time.
