The Role
------------
We're looking for a
Mortgage Sales Manager
to lead, grow, and inspire a team of Mortgage Advisers. You'll:
Drive sales performance in a high-volume, tech-led environment.
Develop and implement sales strategies.
Oversee complex case packaging.
Mentor and coach your team for success.
Maintain compliance with industry regulations.
Experience in complex lending is a plus -- but not essential. What matters most is your proven track record in sales leadership, your data-driven approach, and your ability to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
What You'll Bring

At least 2 years
of experience managing a team of Mortgage Advisers.
Strong background in mortgage lending.
Commercial mindset with a focus on hitting (and exceeding) targets.
Tech-savvy and confident using CRM, data and analytics tools.
Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
