We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in Structured Products to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of financial markets, structured investment solutions, and a proven track record in structured product sales. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business development, build strategic relationships, and contribute to the continued success of LinkedTrade.


Key Responsibilities:




Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand LinkedTrade's client base across financial institutions, including private banks, wealth managers, asset managers, and brokers. Identify new business opportunities and engage with key stakeholders in the Structured Products industry. Demonstrate and articulate the value proposition of LinkedTrade's SaaS platform to prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure long-term success. Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, to align solutions with market needs. Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring revenue targets are met. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights to clients.



Required Skills & Experience:




Extensive experience in Structured Products sales. Strong knowledge of structured products and their distribution networks. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Experience selling SaaS solutions to financial institutions is a strong advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Fluency in English; additional languages (French, German, or Spanish) are a plus.
