The Sales Manager will oversee, manage and lead the sales team, together with the other Sales Managers, ensuring daily performance targets are achieved to maximise Company profit.
Duties
Achieve company sales KPI's through the successful conversion of enquiries.
Prepare, deliver and motivate sales staff for the day ahead ensuring communication of key messages.
Ensuring a prompt response to inbound telephone and email enquiries.
Compiling and analysing sales figures - daily, weekly and monthly.
Collecting customer feedback and market research.
Feedback to the Product Department on calls received and obstacles which you have had to overcome.
Attend "bridging" meetings to share information with other departments to benefit the result.
Constantly evaluate success of the sales team through call listening and feedback
on success and development areas.
Monitoring individual's and team's QA, and error scores with an eye for accuracy.
Report on staff attendance, absence, and completion of Return-to-Work meetings.
Own pre and post sales related customer escalations in a timely, professional manner.

Proven track record in delivering sales results to company KPI's.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills.
Be able to demonstrate and analyse open, sell and close processes in line with Company expectations and deliver sales structure coaching where needed.
