We're looking for a capable and proactive candidate to join our small but energetic team. We're a fast-growing trading company based in London, supplying quality products to both retail and wholesale clients.
The ideal candidate will have a marketing background with strong organisational skills and a hands-on attitude. You'll be responsible for coordinating marketing events and handling daily sales operations through our e-commerce platform.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Events
Plan, organise, and execute marketing events including trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional booths
Liaise with event organisers, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth setup and operation
Coordinate marketing materials, product samples, and display logistics
Support social media and promotional activities related to events
Track event budgets and prepare post-event performance reports
Sales Administration
Handle daily sales orders from the Shopify platform and other channels
Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery
Prepare order documentation (invoices, delivery notes, etc.)
Maintain accurate sales and inventory records
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in marketing coordination or event management
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
Hands-on, can-do attitude suitable for a small, fast-paced team
Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is an advantage
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
