Sales & Marketing Coordinator
to join our team in
Newcastle-under-Lyme
. You'll support our Growth Consultants and Marketing Team in driving new business opportunities and delivering a high-quality experience for prospects and clients.
Key Responsibilities
? Responding to inbound leads and conducting outreach via
LinkedIn, email, and phone
? Pre-qualifying leads using structured criteria
? Booking meetings for our Growth Consultants
? Attending client meetings to support note-taking and follow-ups
? Preparing and updating client proposals
? Following up on leads and managing proposal outcomes
? Maintaining and updating sales pipelines in our CRM
? Supporting client onboarding by coordinating with Accounts and Project Management teams
Desirable Experience (not essential)
? An interest in the
web or digital marketing
industry
? Familiarity with
HubSpot

? Excellent written communication and attention to detail
