Role and Responsibilities

This is no ordinary sales or marketing support role. You'll be right at the heart of our business development strategy, helping us connect with new and existing clients in meaningful, engaging ways:


Lead

discovery calls

with potential new clients to understand their needs Win new business and grow existing accounts Plan and deliver sales and marketing campaigns Manage social media, website and digital advertising Work with department heads to set

targets and KPIs

that align with your strengths Prepare

proposals and contracts

for our onboarding team Drive

client outreach

efforts, with no cold calling, just smart and strategic engagement

What We're Looking For

A curious and creative mindset - someone who loves coming up with ideas and making them happen A background in IT or Technology is a strong advantage Confident communicator who enjoys talking to people and building relationships Self-motivated and keen to make a visible impact on the company's growth Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment Familiarity with tools like
