We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our client communication, scheduling, and marketing operations.
Responsibilities include:
Responding to client emails and enquiries.
Scheduling property marketing bookings in Acuity and Airtable.
Tracking project progress and sending delivery links.
Keeping Dropbox/OneDrive folders organised.
Managing client social media accounts and scheduling content.
Scheduling sales meetings and maintaining contact plans.
You'll need:
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Confidence using online tools (Acuity, Airtable, social media schedulers).
A proactive, professional attitude and attention to detail.
