The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the planning, promotion, and execution of conferences, seminars, and marketing campaigns. This role involves coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of events and effective marketing outreach.
Assist in planning and organising conferences, seminars, and networking events.
Coordinate venue bookings, logistics, supplier communications, and delegate management.
Responsible for meetings and conferences marketing activities for all outlets under Brilliant Group.
Manage registration processes, attendee communications, and on-site support.
Ensure events run smoothly, within budget, and meet organisational objectives.
Collect and analyse post-event feedback and performance data.
Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns for events and brand promotion.
Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email newsletters, and website content.
Create promotional materials, presentations, and event collateral.
Liaise with design and print suppliers to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
Maintain marketing and event databases, reports, and project timelines.
Monitor and report on campaign performance and event ROI.
Ensure all activities align with the organization's branding and communication guidelines.
