Sales & Marketing Executive – Desktop Outreach & Marketing

Job Description

Purpose:


To drive business growth through proactive desktop outreach, manage client relationships, and support marketing initiatives by creating and maintaining high-quality marketing materials and collateral. Additionally, coordinate orders and contribute to the overall sales process, ensuring completed transactions and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct desktop outreach to potential and existing clients via email, calls, and social media platforms. Develop and maintain LinkedIn contacts, including posting content, engaging with connections, and leveraging LinkedIn for lead generation. Maintain and update the CRM/database with existing, new, and prospective clients. Coordinate CRM activities, ensuring accurate tracking of opportunities, leads, and client interactions. Research and identify new business opportunities, target markets, and potential clients. Track and organize business opportunities effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups. Support sales processes, including preparing reports, monitoring leads, and assisting with proposals. Coordinate orders, ensuring completion and accuracy of order processes, contributing to sales delivery. Create, update, and maintain marketing materials and collateral to ensure they are accurate, professional, and aligned with branding guidelines. Assist with B2B marketing initiatives and campaigns. including emailing campaign outreach (e.g., Active Campaign or similar). Liaise with internal teams to ensure marketing content meets business needs and client requirements. Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends.

Required Skills & Abilities:



Strong research and analytical skills to identify potential leads and market opportunities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for professional outreach. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple accounts, and work independently. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite), and CRM systems. Creative mindset for producing content and marketing materials that are engaging and professional. Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience coordinating orders, CRM activities, and email marketing campaigns.
