The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving business growth through effective marketing strategies and sales tactics. They develop and implement marketing campaigns, manage sales processes, and build relationships with clients to achieve revenue targets. The role will include market research, data analysis, and collaboration with sales teams.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives.
This includes creating campaigns to promote products or services, identifying target markets, and developing messaging.
Manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring content is engaging and targeted to the appropriate audience.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Oversee social media management, creating content that resonates with our audience and enhances brand visibility.
Utilise Google Analytics and other tools to analyse campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project management to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for promotional activities.
Maintain organised records of marketing activities, budgets, and performance metrics.
Creating and managing social media campaigns.
Writing and editing marketing copy for various channels.
Creating and managing product promotions
Generating sales leads through various channels
Maintaining website information offers new products

Managing customer relationships through CRM systems

Qualifications
Proven experience in a Sales Marketing role with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Proficient in social media platforms and email marketing tools.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools is advantageous.
Exceptional organisational skills, ensuring all projects are executed efficiently.
