Hazlite is seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Intern/Graduate to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Intern/Graduate, you will be responsible for managing and updating content across all our social media platforms, including our website and LinkedIn. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to create a new branding theme for all our datasheets and website creation via Wordpress, execute email marketing campaigns to generate leads, and follow up with clients who have interacted with your posts/campaigns

Responsibilities:

Manage and update content on all social media platforms, including our website and LinkedIn. Develop and implement a new branding theme for our datasheets to ensure consistency and professionalism. Create and execute email marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive engagement. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results. Identify potential clients who have interacted with our social media posts and initiate follow-up communications. Collaborate with colleagues to develop creative strategies and initiatives to enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our marketing efforts.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (for graduates). Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in graphic design tools and software for creating branding themes. Familiarity with email marketing platforms and experience in campaign creation and execution. E.g. Salesforce, Brevo, WordPress etc. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage data to optimize marketing strategies. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. A proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
