Join our team as a Sales & Move Coordinator at our Tunbridge Wells Depot, you will be our customers key contact from initial enquiry through to move day.
Salary negotiable depending on experience and skills.
What you will be doing:
Coordinate and schedule pre-move surveys and assess client needs
Working with the surveyor, prepare and issue quotations prices for additional services
Liaise with Operations to confirm bookings
Manage storage accounts, including documentation and invoicing
Oversee all aspects of the move via our CRM system, from enquiry to billing
Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the move
Monitor and meet sales targets, contributing to business growth
What we are looking for:
Someone who has experience as a Move Coordinator/ Move manager working on domestic moves
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
Keen attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
Someone who likes solving problems and who has a positive attitude
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
Enjoys systems work (Moveware CRM) is advantageous
Good Team Player
