Sales Support Coordinator

Norwich, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Support Coordinator to join our growing team in Norwich. This is a vital role supporting the ongoing development and success of our sales function. Working at the heart of the business, you will be responsible for helping increase revenue by driving lead generation, managing client relationships at the early stages, and supporting consultants with day-to-day scheduling and data analysis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in a dynamic and expanding business, with clear progression pathways into client-facing sales or consultancy roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for all new business enquiries, providing a professional and engaging client experience. Support the wider sales team by efficiently managing and booking client appointments. Coordinate and optimise consultant diaries to maximise appointment efficiency and client engagement. Assist in onboarding new acquisitions and clients. Cleanse and analyse client databases to identify warm leads and revenue opportunities. Work closely with Directors to monitor and report on lead generation activity and conversion stats. Stay commercially aware by keeping up to date with consultant performance, income trends, and business targets. Collaborate on ideas to refine processes and contribute to business development strategies. Gain a strong understanding of our back-office systems and data management tools.

Key Skills & Attributes:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -- confident speaking with both clients, internal and external introducers. Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. Able to manage time effectively, handle multiple priorities, and remain calm under pressure. Comfortable working independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Proactive and commercially minded with a genuine interest in contributing to business growth. Strong IT and administrative skills, including CRM systems, Excel, and data reporting.

Career Progression & Growth Opportunities:

This role offers a clear development pathway into more senior and client-facing roles for the right individual. As you gain experience and build a deep understanding of our sales process, there is significant potential to move into a client-facing consultancy or business development position. We actively encourage internal progression and will support the development of your sales skills, confidence, and career goals through tailored training and mentoring.
