Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property and excellent communication skills. On top of the basic salary there is the potential to earn monthly commissions.
Duties
- Conduct property viewings for potential buyers and tenants
- Negotiate sales and rental agreements on behalf of clients
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers
- Manage property listings and advertisements
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales or letting process
Experience
- Previous experience in sales or lettings is desirable but not essential
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple client relationships effectively
- Administrative proficiency to handle contracts and documentation accurately
