Sales Negotiator - Bury - Up to 30,000 plus impressive commission structure, bonus & referral package - No Experience needed!

We are looking for a motivated, and hard-working Sales Negotiator to hit the ground running at this busy and expanding Estate Agency.

Kristian Allan is a well-established and highly regarded Independent Estate Agents, who have grown from strength to strength and now have a vacancy for a Sales Negotiator.

What you will be doing

Managing available property files which involves regular client contact calls, property support and using your knowledge to gain maximum exposure for their property as well as carry out vendor home visits. Negotiating offers and agreeing sales Developing and growing long term relationships with new and existing sellers, buyers and solicitors Booking viewing and valuation appointments and maximising all opportunities for valuation appointments. Gaining feedback following viewing appointments and providing this to the vendor of the property. Liaising with lenders/mortgage advisers to ensure buyers are financially qualified for their purchase Build reciprocal working relationships with solicitors to ensure that sales are proactively managed. Progressing the sale and keep all parties updated weekly or fortnightly as agreed with the involved parties Ensuring keys are ready for completion date and all parties understand the process Working closely with Rentals to ensure any buy-to-let properties can be converted to sales

What you will have

At least 1 years experience in Customer Service Proactive, positive, can-do attitude. Confident with IT, have good communication skills and be efficient Hold a full UK driving license and have access to own vehicle
