Areas of Accountability:

Register applicants Organise and attend viewings Liaise and negotiate between buyers and vendors Arrange and agree sales Build and maintain excellent working relationships with buyers and vendors Canvass for new business opportunities Achieve pre-agreed targets

The Individual:

Proven background in property sales or estate agency Strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets Self-motivation with a 'can do' attitude Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team Professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach Previous experience with a lettings software would be an advantage Full, clean UK driving licence is essential
