Sales Negotiator
BASIC: 30,000 + COMMS AND MANAGE YOUR OWN PERSONAL VENDORS
UP TO 20% COMMISSION!
CAR ALLOWANCE ON TOP OF BASIC of 150 per month
The Role
This is an opportunity to join a successful Sales department at a market leading agent.
Your Responsibilities as a Sales Negotiator:
As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for qualifying applicants, identifying their needs, showcasing suitable properties, and negotiating offers. You will also meet vendors and take on properties and manage that vendor yourself through to successful sale.
You will cross-sell between our other branches and proactively create opportunities.
Your Skills and Experience:
You have a demonstrable track record of success within residential property sales. You are target driven. You have a strong understanding of the sales process and current legislation. You have a comprehensive understanding of the property market. You are proactive and tenacious. You hold a valid driving licence AND OWN A CAR

Pay: 30,000.00-50,000.00 per year
