Hayman-Joyce Broadway are looking for a highly organised and customer focused candidate to become a
Sales Negotiator
in our fantastic residential sales team in Broadway.
This role would suit someone who already has experience in a residential sales/customer service environment, and would like to continue/develop their career in estate agency.
Key responsibilities:
This position is a customer facing role and includes managing a database, building & maintaining relationships with clients, booking and carrying out viewings, generating and booking property valuations and liaising with vendors, purchasers and solicitors in order to progress sales through to completion.
Skills and experience required:
Great communicator with sales/customer service experience
Able to generate new business and build relationships
Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detailed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Saturday working required on a rota basis
