My Client is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Negotiator to join their team. This role is pivotal in facilitating property sales , providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth transaction process for clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the property market as well as at least 1 years previous experience.
Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
Conduct viewings of properties, showcasing their features and benefits effectively.
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers , ensuring a satisfactory outcome for all parties involved.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market trends and regulations.
Prepare marketing materials for properties, including descriptions and photographs.
Manage administrative tasks related to sales .
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Utilise various platforms to advertise properties effectively.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales negotiation is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Administrative proficiency to handle paperwork accurately and timely.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
A valid driving licence.
