Sales Negotiator

The Role:
As a
Sales Negotiator
, your main focus will be generating and progressing sales, building rapport with clients, and helping people successfully move home. You'll be out on the road as well as in the office, using your people skills and market knowledge to secure viewings, offers and completions.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
Booking and conducting viewings
Handling enquiries and converting leads into opportunities
Negotiating sales and managing offers
Progressing deals through to completion
Providing excellent customer service to buyers and sellers
Supporting valuation opportunities and promoting our services
Maintaining accurate CRM records and follow-ups
What we're looking for:
Minimum 1 year of estate agency experience
A
full clean UK driver's licence
and
your own car
Confident, outgoing and target-driven attitude
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Strong organisation and time management
A proactive, motivated team player who thrives in a busy environment
Good knowledge of CRM systems and local areas is a plus
