Sales Negotiator
to join our busy Sales team in Rhiwbina Village. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a well-established, family-run estate agency and lettings business with over 23 years of experience supporting clients across Cardiff and Newport.

About You
We're looking for someone with a confident and resilient personality, who thrives on building relationships and delivering outstanding customer service. You'll be proactive, self-motivated, and able to balance working independently with contributing effectively to a team. Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to remain positive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
You should also be comfortable using company social media channels, including appearing in photos and videos, to help promote properties, engage with customers, and build the brand's online presence.

Main Responsibilities
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed feedback to vendors
Handle enquiries, process appointments, and maintain clear communication with clients
Negotiate and agree property sales
Proactively follow up on leads and generate new business opportunities
Visit properties to carry out marketing activities including photography, floorplans, and virtual tours
Prepare accurate and engaging property particulars
Use company social media channels (including video content) to promote properties and connect with audiences
Respond promptly and professionally to all internal and external communications
Support customer queries effectively, escalating where appropriate
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
Take ownership of your own professional development
Additional Information
A valid driving licence is essential
Full-time position, including Saturday work on a rota basis
Salary:
24,000 - 26,500 per annum
(dependent on experience) + commission pay
Car allowance or option of company car
