Our company is looking for a Sales Negotiator to join our growing team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE (Not Limited to):
Register new applicants and qualify their buying position
Arrange and conduct property viewings in a professional and engaging manner
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to secure successful transactions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management
Maintain regular contact with applicants, vendors, and solicitors to progress sales efficiently
Support the team by generating new business opportunities through canvassing and prospecting
Update CRM systems accurately and consistently
Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the buying and selling process
KEY SKILLS/COMPTENENCIES REQURIED:
Sales Ability - A persuasive communicator with a proven track record of converting leads into offers
Client Service Focus - Committed to delivering a first-class experience to both vendors and buyers
Negotiation Skills - Able to mediate effectively and close deals with professionalism and tact
Organisation and Time Management - Ability to prioritise a busy diary and multi-task with efficiency
Knowledge of the Property Market - Understanding of the local market and relevant legislation
IT Proficiency - Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
24+ months experience in a property sales role
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Strong knowledge of the sales process and compliance requirements
Proven history of achieving targets
