We are currently recruiting for an exciting new opportunity for a Sales Negotiator to join our team in our Regional Agency Hub just outside Richmond, North Yorkshire.
Within the role you will work alongside a dedicated team and provide a high level of customer service and administration support. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and will thrive within a fast-paced sales environment. Working as part of a team is key to this position and the ability to prioritise tasks accordingly is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Front of house greeting all visitors to the branch Registering applicants and maintaining records Arranging viewing appointments and gaining feedback Negotiating with potential buyers Obtaining local market information to assist with Market Appraisals Assisting the Branch Manager with launching properties to the market Achieving sales targets Providing support to Sales Progression team

What We're looking for

Experience in estate agency and a NAEA qualification preferred but not essential, but sound knowledge of and experience in sales and customer service necessary Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent standard of written English language and attention to detail Experience and general knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM software Ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines Ability to work within a team Full UK driving licence and access to a car

Working Hours




Monday-Thursday 9:00am - 5:30pm

Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm

Alternate Saturdays: 09:00am - 1:00pm ( time off in lieu)
